Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by USPS. Also, there is a handling fee (US Domestic: US$1.00, Worldwide: US$2.00) for each order processed.


When Will My Order Ship?
Orders will be processed within 5 business days with delivery typically in 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Shipping Methods
United States Domestic: USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver. ** Insurance is not included **

International: USPS Airmail post, typically arrives in 4 to 10 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 to 20 days to deliver. **Insurance is not included**

Extra Shipping Services
Insurance service: Available only within USA, please add the shipping insurance in your shopping cart!

Registered Mail Service: There is no insurance service provide outside USA. If you request a safety mailing service, please purchase Registered Mail service which is offered by USPS.

Indemnity Limit: Regardless of the declared value of a registered item the maximum value of indemnity payable for loss damage or rifling is the purchase price as long as you have purchased insurance with your item. The Knot & Bauble Shoppe will not take responsibility on lost items without buying insurance or registered mail services.

Return Policy

Not sure you like it? Try it on, use it a day or two first, you  may change your mind, but just in case, we want you to know that The Knot & Bauble Shoppe wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase. While we know that sometimes this is just not going to be the case, If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.

If you are returning the item due to manufacturing defect, or a fault that lies within the scope of our product error, please contact us for a paid return label, otherwise shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


How to return an order:

  • Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To obtain a RMA (return authorization) number, please call 1.651.442.4342. If this is a return due to our error, your return number will be on your pre-paid shipping label that we will send per your request. Fill in the appropriate information and then follow the instructions below to return your package.
  • How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by The Knot & Bauble Shoppe.

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

  • Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The maximum return shipping method should be FedEx Ground with insurance and a signature required, the minimum should be USPS Priority Mail, with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at The Knot & Bauble Shoppe for quick and easy refunding.

Return Process

The Knot & Bauble Shoppe warehouse will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. The Knot & Bauble Shoppe will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 -14 business days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.


Required Conditions of Return

  • Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for refund.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from The Knot & Bauble Shoppe within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
  • Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a return (refund, exchange or repair).
